These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website eventify.rsvp and related services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform
You may use Eventify RSVP to:
- Create and manage events
- Add guests
- Send invitations via WhatsApp or email
- Track RSVPs
- Use QR-based check-in
- Send reminders and thank-you messages
You are responsible for ensuring guest contact details are added lawfully and with consent.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree:
- To provide accurate event and guest information
- Not to upload offensive, copyrighted, or illegal content
- Not to misuse the platform for spamming or mass unsolicited messaging
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
3. Media Uploads
Users may upload:
- Invitation templates
- Photos
- Event images
By uploading, you grant Eventify RSVP a non-exclusive license to store and display media for the functioning of the service.
4. Messaging Services
Eventify RSVP sends:
- WhatsApp invitations
- Email invitations
- RSVP reminders
- Event reminders
- Thank-you messages
Users must ensure they have guest consent to receive such communications.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by third-party providers.
5. Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of:
- Their account
- Events
- Guest lists
- Media
Deletion is done by contacting support@eventify.rsvp.
6. Intellectual Property
- All platform code, design, and features are owned by Eventify RSVP
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Eventify RSVP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Message delivery
- Service continuity
- Accuracy of RSVPs
- Uptime, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access
8. Limitation of Liability
Eventify RSVP is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Failed message delivery
- Incorrect guest information added by users
- Damages arising from misuse of the platform
- Downtime or technical issues
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the service.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Misuse messaging features
- Upload prohibited content
- Violate these Terms
- Attempt to disrupt or harm the platform
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
